The list of "DEADLY SINS"
What I mean by this is simply these are the thing's will get you fired without fail and more and more members seem to be tripping up on them.
1) Delaying a call.
If you delay a call you most likely will be termed. Let's say you are stationed with three other ambo's and you are last out. If your tone pager goes off, you own that call, if you delay the call arguing with dispatch and the other crews and delay the call the company can and most likely will, fire you.
2) Alcohol/drug abuse.
If you have to do a UI on duty and you pee hot for Alcohol/drugs, your getting fired.
3) Drive Cam.
If you get caught blatantly abusing your ride on the Drive Cam, Say it with me, your getting fired.
4) Stealing.
If you get caught with company property in your P.O.V. or at your home and you don't have permission from the company. Your getting fired.
5) Firearms.
Enough said
6) Interfering with company business.
If you put a city contract or a hospital contract in jeopardy by behavior or action, you could be fired.
This list is not all inclusive but it gives you most of the basics. You are all professionals and it is a pleasure to work for you. Be safe and take care of each other.
