Honor Guard Page
The Local I-60 Honor Guard was formed in 2004 in order to honor those in EMS that have fallen, whether in the line of duty or passing from other causes. The Honor Guard will present Colors at local and national events such as:
- The IAFF Fallen Firefighter Memorial in Colorado Springs, CO.
The Honor Guard is available for various events and celebrations to post the National and State colors on request. They can be contacted via E-mail at cjohnson@uempa.org or 480-818-1020.

The 2008 Local I-60 Honor Guard
The Local I-60/Southwest Ambulance Honor Guard is looking for new members. The honor guard attends local, state and national memorial services as well as Southwest paramedic graduation ceremonies and other events.
To be Considered, we are looking for the following:
- 2 years of service at SWA
- No recent disciplinary action
- Profession and Union pride
- Ability to commit your personal time to drills and events, including meetings every other month
- Military background is beneficial, but is not mandatory.
